Jo is a certified Ceremonialist, Flower Essence and Soul Healing Arts® Practitioner, as well as an experienced Women’s Circle Facilitator. She is deeply passionate about emotional well-being and creating sacred spaces that support healing, growth, and authentic connection among women.

Rooted in a holistic and heart-centered approach, Jo blends the gentle power of Flower Essences, the deep spiritual work of Soul Healing, and the transformative energy of Ceremony and Circle. Her offerings support the healing of emotional and energetic imbalances, guiding women back to a place of inner harmony, clarity, and soul alignment.

Through her one-on-one sessions and group experiences, Jo nurtures deep self-awareness, emotional resilience, and a profound sense of belonging – guiding each woman back to her innate wisdom and the beauty of her Feminine essence.
